Advise senior executives with the development of a CSR Strategy that aligns with the company’s corporate culture and fosters employee engagement. The program will be developed through a strategic reflection with senior management and key employee stakeholders in order to identify the environmental and social impacts of the company’s business at the global and local levels.

METHOD

The strategic reflection will include :
- The environmental footprint from the direct company operations as well as the critical impacts throughout the supply chain
- The respect for employee rights within the company as well as at the suppliers /sub-contractors
- One or more social action commitments driving employee and skills-based volunteering opportunities
